Copies of the DZMM Teleradyo video below have been widely shared on Facebook and other social networking sites. It shows Supreme Court Spokesperson Atty. Jose Midas P. Marquez exhibiting a rather funny reaction when a microphone fell while he was speaking.
A copy of the 19-seconder clip has been posted on Youtube by "PHILMEDIACOM" who claimed that he is a friend of Atty. Jose Midas P. Marquez and said that the SC official is "laughing right now while watching these clips." The youtuber titled the video "Supreme Court Spokesperson Atty. Jose Midas P. Marquez is 100% GAY? [For fun only]."
